Laundry is perfect I love everything about the machines and I come here every other week with my siblings but today the girl who work there was so rude and keep coming up to my siblings and rolling her eyes on them and she was not responding when I say excuse me cuz I was passing behind her she was just doing her job and keep looking at me rolling her eyes I assume she was very rude to every one who did the laundry today I don’t know her name but she’s a young girl with little voice

There was a lady who was working this morning she was very nice and helping I guess they switch with her after 12pm

Multiple machines were leaking. It’s expensive but hey, it’s open late and that’s pretty awesome so I’ll still keep coming probably

2nd visit an improvement over first visit. Employee present refunded some change due me. Washers and Dryers Good. Clean pleasant atmosphere. Used laundry card from last visit, so no charge for card. Card system takes a bit of practice to get right. Was able to assist customer, who couldn't get the front of house machine to issue her a laundry card, by her putting money on my laundry card, and transferring to machines from there. Then when card was empty again gave back to me. Maybe let us know how to buy laundry card first time with debit machine? I know the one I have was bought by putting cash in machine. I'll continue coming here.

Washer broke down and we needed to wash 3 loads. Took it here and our clothes were washed within the hour. Different sized washers for larger loads. Couldn't access the bathroom.

This is the best laundry mat in Guelph! It’s so reliable and always clean and the staff is very friendly! 10/10 recommend!

We went into do some industrial size loads of laundry for our move. I made a post on Facebook asking where to do my laundry and the owner ToryTory messaged me back and said they would give me credit towards some of the loads (this was incredibly helpful as we’ve been struggling to get this done cheaply)so we went to try We had no idea how to use the laundry card system but Everett could tell that we had no idea what was going on. He politely approached us and asked if we needed assistance and he proceeded to give us the best assistance I’ve ever had. Everett is an absolute laundry machine. God bless him. God bless his heart 10 out of 10. I’ll be coming back as much as possible just for Everett Thank you.

Tried this laundry location for the first time and so far I am impressed by the wash on the big machines upfront.

Had to wash my duvet – went to Guelph Laundry Co! Clean and bright – lots of machines to use – including ones for extra large loads! Will be back to do more bedding!

Very small space makes for crowded experience. not enough counter space to fold and sort; machines always full, too much waiting time to get a machine; etc. card system over rated

I have been coming to Guelph Laundry Co for the last few months regularly with my linens and rags from my business. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I use the wash and fold service and absolutely love it. It is such an easy transaction. The staff communicate clearly an expected day of completion, and have always gotten it back to me the day specified or sooner. The laundry is always clean, we'll packaged and folded with care. It has made my life a billion times easier.

I am so thankful for everyone there and would reccomend it to anyone.

I'm a new customer and have been a couple. Each time I have been here the employee's are so helpful and very kind. Laundry Co is very clean and many machines to choose from. I will be a returning customer 🙂

Tried Guelph Laundry Co. today and had a great experience. The staff (should have asked her name) was amazing and helped me every step of washing my bulky items in the large washers and then drying them. She knew the intricacies of every machine and gave me great advice. She was equally helpful to all of the other customers using the laundromat and dropping off laundry. Facility was clean and comfortable. I will be back!!

I honestly don't leave reviews but Jemma has made it impossible not too. She was extremely helpful and pleasant from start to finish. It was busy but everyone was considerate. It was a great experience. Thanks for all your assistance Jemma. I hope they owner knows how lucky they are to have you.

I’m not a regular laundromat user but had occasion to wash a bunch of duvets. When I arrived, a family was waiting for the owner to arrive as they had inadvertently jammed the card machine. The owner arrived and was helpful, polite and quickly remedied the problem. In conversation he shared that they do a laundry pick up and drop off service. This is needed by so many!

I had a fantastic experience here., my clothes were spotless and best part is I got to buy detergent from here only since I forgot to carry from home …. Dryer is very effective…. Highly recommend to everyone

I went in the other day to get a cushion cleaned I had absolutely no idea what I was doing but the lady who worked there was such a HUGE help! Offering products to help clean my cushion without any odors! I am just the most impressed with the service. This is what customer service is all about! Thank you Miss you saved my couch!

I took a large dog bed to wash in their industrial machines, and they didn’t have any laundry cards at the time so I wasn’t able to pay, but the woman working still offered to wash the bed for me and even told me I could head out and she’d gladly switch it over to the dryer for me. She was so kind and lovely! The machine did an amazing job on the bed and the staff was wonderful. Thank you so much!

I was initially turned off the first time I came because of having to pay $5 for a laundry card that could not be used as a credit so I left. I came again today based on reviews and was extremely disappointed about the cleanliness of the machines. I’ve never seen laundry doors so filthy and there was about 4 of them then I ran my finger on that transferred the dirty residue. Can’t say I’d come back a third time.

I love this laundromat. My previous one is much closer to home, but I’d rather drive across town to this one, as it’s clean, with modern machines that are actually maintained. The rechargeable user card system works well once the initial purchase is made and refilling it is established.

Four stars because it could use a laundry tub for washing of soap jugs, as the back room sink isn’t always accessible. But that’s a minor issue. Great overall experience.

Every week the Guelph Laundry Co. cleans our dirty cleaning cloths and mops.  They pick it up, Sort it, Wash it, Fold it and Drop it back off!!!

They are so accommodating to our needs as a company. They always use the environmentally friendly and scent free detergent we request.

The customer service is amazing, and they just make things less stressful for us.

Here at 8am washers are FILTY place is run down yet feels they can charge full price. Oh boy 3 of the washers are out of order too…

Also hate the card system

Been coming here for a while and it's been an amazing experience compared to other laundromat that I v used before. The staffs are amazing and very helpful.

I drive from 30 minutes out of town to come to this specific laundrymat. It's always clean, and the machines are reliable. There's staff on site if you need help, or would like to try their paid laundry service (they do great work from what I've seen when they're folding). And I love the convenience of not having to withdraw cash to use for coin machines, everything is coin-free!

Me and my boyfriend have started using this laundromat since we have no dryer at home, honestly, it’s a very nice and little simple laundry mat. You have to buy a laundry card At the machine with Card cash they have laundry buggies, and they have A very good amount of washers and dryers for high demand They also have a laundry service I haven’t used it, but I will in the future. I did my laundry within an hour and a half and it came out smelling perfect thanks so much Guelph laundromat

Went in seeing the positive reviews here and totally worth it. Very much clean machines and convenient to pay for the service with laundry card. The staff was so kind to help with getting a new card and pricing details.

We were camping in the area and needed to do laundry. They have big machines that did a great job. The dryers were fast. The place was clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I have literally zero experience when it comes to laundromats. As soon as we walked in, Taylor knew we had no clue what we were doing. She came over and showed us how to get a card. She showed us what all the machines were capable of. She gave us one that she was going to use to help us get going.

Overall, the experience was very pleasant. I feel the customer service we experienced was far and above what was required.

I used this laundry mat on Friday afternoon for the first time. Taylor, the attendant, assisted me on how to use the card system, even suggested how much to put on the card and was exactly correct. It was nice not to gather coins for typical laundry mats. The machines were easy to use and appeared clean. Taylor was very helpful. The location was clean. I plan on going back.

We have now decided to no longer use this laundromat. Dryers were recently replaced but came with a 20 cent increase per 5 minutes (from 35 cents to 55 cents per 5 minutes)

In addition, all washer prices went up significantly. For example, their largest washer went from $10 to $12.50.

All done suddenly without any notices posted. Poor customer care and service.

Would not recommend as these price changes happen suddenly. In addition to being required to buy a laundry card to even use the machines.

I was gifted a weekly wash, fold, and delivery laundry service from Guelph Laundry Co. Every single thing about this was wonderful! The communication regarding pick up and drop off, the quality of the wash and fold, and the options within the service were all outstanding! I will be returning to Guelph Laundry Co. for all my external laundry needs and I will be gifting this service to someone who is laid up. What a great service!

Really, really disappointed in this laundromat. It used to be affordable, but recently prices have jumped to an absolutely disgusting $12.50 PER LOAD. That's not including detergent, or dryer. Just one single load of laundry. I'll take the old quarter machines back if it means the new owners of this laundromat will stop increasing their already inflated prices. Give your heads a shake, this is vile.

I have to comment on the excellent customer service I have received after I made my comment about inventory here. There were ways to contact the ownership and staff, they immediately responded and solved my issue and then when I went back due to my washer still broken, they followed up. So overall yes my visit at the time was frustrating but the customer service after to listen and resolve my issue was fantastic so updating my google review to reflect great customer service. Now about those dryers. haha

Disgraceful! Won’t come here again. Over priced! I spent $40 to wash my clothes only to then learn that none of the dryers are working and haven’t been for months. Will not use this place again!

Love this place! Much cleaner and nicer than most laundromat’s. They have the big machines in the front which can take like 3-4 regular loads at once.

Awesome, clean, bright, efficient facilities at a super affordable price! It was our first time inside where we had 4 mega duvets, including a weighted blanket. All of them were thoroughly cleaned and dried using their large / mega size machines (love that option), without any tears or issues (unlike our tiny machine at home, haha)! Mona, the attendant was very helpful too, helping us find our way around and propping the door open as we wheeled our duvets back to the car (you can use their carts to wheel your laundry to the parking lot)! We loved how convenient this store was to our home close by, and we will be back!

I used their drop off wash and fold service. They had my clothes ready within 24hours and genuinely didn’t think some of my more warn clothes could look this clean. What ever magic they used to get some of the stains out of few pieces is beyond me.

10/10 would recommend.

We had lunch at the Tim Horton's next door while we waited for our laundry. There is also an excellent Afghan restaurant in the plaza.

As a person who comes here often, I enjoy the modernization of the equipment. I no longer need to stop at an ATM to get cash out and carry coins around.

The equipment works well and allows you to get a lot of laundry done fast.

The facilities are kept clean, and the new paint has really brightened it up.

Came here for my first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. It’s clean and well priced and I absolutely love the no cash card system (you CAN use cash but for me that means an extra trip to the bank). Will be returning.

UPDATE: The prices have increased. The Dryers were actually $0.25 for FIVE (5) minutes, and at our most recent visit- the $3.75 loads are now $4.50. About the same as other laundromat prices now. There is one washer that doesn’t drain properly- as another reviewer mentioned, but it sounds like the owners will be fixing that and upgrading some of the defunct machines. Still appreciate the Card loading/payment option instead of using coins, so we will continue to use.

Update: the posted prices are incorrect for the Dryer. It is NOT $0.25 for 6 minutes, but only for 5 minutes. This is the same price as everywhere else. I guess the Posters in the Laundromat haven't been updated for a long time. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, there is one Triple Loader that left a puddle at the bottom/did not drain properly -so my clothes came out still soaked that were at the bottom of the load.

I just started using Guelph Laundry this year. I have to say, this business is incredible! Everyone there, from the driver Brittney, to the owner, have done a exceptional job with their roles. My laundry is clean, folded beautiful, & delivered in a timely manner. These people are polite, willing to please & perform excellent results. I highly recommend this company for your laundry needs. Solid laundromat. Good variety of machines and they use a card system so you don't need to use coins. Only been a couple of times but it's been clean and the machines appear to be in good condition.

I enjoy coming to the quaint little laundry mat. It’s cute, kept clean and the new decor is welcoming and bright.

This evening, I unfortunately encountered some issues with a washer.

When I called their posted number they answered immediately, and tried to remedy the issue.

Sadly Karen had to come and to free my clothes, and I had to re wash them to remove the soap as they were sitting in an unfinished washer.

But overall, the experience here is pleasant.

Unlike other laundry mats that feel so stagnant.

One thing I would consider adding is a sink or a safe area to pre treat any clothes. Or to be able to rinse out my laundry detergent cup.

Very clean, well maintained machines! Would have given 5⭐ if they had a coin machine to load my card. I had to go to Tim Hortons and get coins changed to bills to load my new laundry card. This is my first time back to this laundrymat in about 5 years. I was not aware they switched to the card system.

The staff is friendly and outgoing. It is clean and the machines are always working. The wash and fold service is amazing, the lady who does the wash and fold is always willing to help anyone who comes in the door. I am SO delighted with the service Guelph Laundry provides! I'm able to communicate with them through Messenger from Halifax, NS on behalf of my father who is 92. We've used their laundry pickup and delivery 3 or 4 times now and are VERY satisfied. They've gone beyond the call of duty to help accommodate my dad's mobility issues. And this week dad had an emergency laundry need, and upon request (and for an extra fee) Guelph Laundry was able to pick up and deliver in one day!! They've always been kind and friendly … and so easy to communicate with. I HIGHLY recommend their service!!
